How are Code no Jutsu products made?
Each product is a unique "jutsu"! We work with a print-on-demand partner. This means your T-shirt or mug is created especially for you as soon as you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without creating waste. It's our eco-friendly nindô!
How to choose the right size for T-shirts?
To avoid jutsu casting errors, we strongly recommend consulting the size guide available on each product page. Take a T-shirt you already like, lay it flat, and measure it. Then compare these measurements with our guide to find the perfect size.
How do I care for my clothes so the designs last?
To keep your ninja emblem looking its best mission after mission, we recommend washing your clothes inside out in cold water (30°C). Avoid tumble drying if possible; air drying is ideal. Never iron directly onto the design.

What are the delivery times?
- Creation (Fulfillment): 2 to 5 working days to print and prepare your order.
- Shipping: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our dojo.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is our secret technique. It's always free , anywhere in the world. The price you see is the final price you pay. No nasty surprises at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to follow your package step by step, from our warehouse to your door. If you have not received this email after 7 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What is your return policy?
Our "Nindô" is your satisfaction. If you receive a defective product (printing error, damaged item), contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the problem. We will be happy to send you a new item or refund you. Important: As each product is printed on demand especially for you, we cannot accept returns for size errors. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
I made a mistake in my delivery address, what should I do?
Act quickly! If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately via our Contact page with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to modify it.
